Account & Registration
Creating an account is straightforward. Head to the Register page, fill in your mobile number, choose a secure password and verify your number with the OTP sent to your phone. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 years or older to register on PKR48.
On the Login page, tap the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive a reset code via SMS. Use that code to set a new password. The reset link is valid for 10 minutes. If you do not receive the SMS, check that you entered the correct number and try again after a few minutes.
No. Each player is allowed only one account on PKR48. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support rather than opening a new one.
Log in to your account and go to the Settings or Profile section. You can update your mobile number, email address and other personal details from there. Some changes may require identity verification for security purposes. If you run into trouble, reach out to customer support through the Help section in your dashboard.
Deposits & Payments
PKR48 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and major debit/credit cards. Mobile wallets are the most popular choice among Pakistan players because deposits typically reflect in your PKR48 wallet within a few seconds. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are almost instant — usually within a few seconds of confirming your payment. Raast transfers also arrive very quickly during working hours. Bank transfers can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your bank. If more than two hours have passed and your deposit is still not showing, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
Yes, a minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the deposit page within your account. The amount may vary slightly depending on the payment method chosen. There is no maximum cap on deposits, though your payment provider may have its own daily transfer limits.
Withdrawals
Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used for your last deposit. Make sure your account details are verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers and Raast may take up to one business day depending on the time of request and your bank. Requests submitted during peak hours or on public holidays may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been processed.
A withdrawal may be held if your account verification is incomplete, if there is an active bonus with wagering requirements still attached to your balance, or if the request was flagged for a routine security review. Check your account notifications for any pending verification steps. If everything looks correct on your end and the request has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Bonuses are credited to your account automatically once the qualifying deposit is confirmed.
Wagering requirements mean you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
