1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the PKR48 platform in any capacity — whether browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PKR48. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Using PKR48 constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether you have formally acknowledged them during registration. 3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on PKR48. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKR48 will close all accounts associated with that individual and may withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. PKR48 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR48 login credentials. You must not share your password, login link or account access with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact PKR48 support immediately. PKR48 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security over your login details.

3.3 Account Verification

PKR48 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may include submission of a national ID, CNIC, proof of address or payment method documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may have their withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits

PKR48 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. All deposits are credited to your PKR48 account balance in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. These are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel used.
• PKR48 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
• PKR48 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where the deposit source is unclear.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on PKR48 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance must have met its applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is available on those funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

Most bonuses on PKR48 carry wagering requirements — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. 6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. PKR48 may exclude certain player accounts from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers through multiple accounts, structured deposits or coordinated wagering will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

7 Games and Platform Usage

All bets are accepted at PKR48's discretion. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. PKR48 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts for individual players, or void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, technical faults or suspicious betting patterns.

8.2 Settled Bets

Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. In the case of Cricket matches, this means the result as declared by the match officials and confirmed by the governing board (PCB for Pakistan matches, ICC for international fixtures). For abandoned or suspended matches, PKR48's settlement policy for the affected market will apply — specific rules are displayed within the Sports section.

8.3 Live Betting

Live betting markets on PKR48 allow bets to be placed during an ongoing match. Odds for live markets update in real time. PKR48 reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time. Bets confirmed before a market suspension will be honoured; bets not yet confirmed at the time of suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

9 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

PKR48 is committed to a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or Sports Betting markets.
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information about sporting events.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment details or identity fraud.

10 Privacy and Data
